To suggest an itinerary and arrange a guided tour including emailing invoices, confirming a booking etc.

On password protected Hotmail, Google Calendar and password protected Excel stored on a secure, non-networked laptop.
How long is the information kept?
Indefinitely as it is helpful when clients book again in the future to provide them with the best service.
Please note you can request your details are deleted subject to any legislation requiring they be kept (for example, invoices maybe required to show to HMRC).
Please note no Internet transmission is ever 100% secure. In particular, e-mail sent to or from this site may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to me via e-mail.

When someone visits my website, I use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet information and details of how visitors behave in relation to my website. Google Analytics uses cookies to track visitor usage.
