Please contact me to discuss your requirements. It is helpful if you include the tour(s) you would like to book or your interests so I can design a tour for you. Please include the date(s) you want to book and how many people in your party.

My professional fees are for your group, not per person and vary depending on the type of tour. Please contact me for a specific quote.

Tours up to 4 hours: from £135 - £160
Tours up to 8 hours: from £215 - £260


My fees do not include your travel costs, food or any admission charges.

Special Present for someone

 

Looking for a special present to give to someone? How about their own private tour of London? I will send you a voucher inside a blank card designed and signed by acclaimed artist, Caroline Tate, whose great, great grandfather was Sir Henry Tate who founded the Tate Galleries. You send it to the recipient, and they contact me to arrange a time for their memorable tour. They may bring up to 7 guests with them. 

You can choose a specific tour, such as The National Gallery or a walking tour of Spitalfields, or you can let the recipient choose.

Half days including card and voucher £135, full days £215. Choose from 3 card designs - London Eye, Westminster or St Paul's Cathedral.

BACS payment from your bank account
Pay Pal
Sterling cheque.


Balance can be paid in sterling cash on the tour or in advance by any of the above methods.

Please note there is an additional £20 charge if you are making a payment from a non-sterling account (BACS or Pay Pal) to cover the foreign exchange fees.

 

Cancellation charges:

2 - 14 days notice = 50% of fee

Less than 48 hours notice = full fee of cancelled tour payable.
